FIRST DEPOSIT AND REDEPOSIT BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

From time to time, Vivid Picks may offer a first deposit bonus (“First Deposit Bonus”) to new users and a redeposit bonus (“Redeposit Bonus”) to existing users, subject to the terms and conditions of a specific promotional offer. First Deposit Bonuses and Redeposit Bonuses are collectively referred to as “Deposit Bonuses”.  First Deposit Bonus: For new users only. A user’s first cash deposit qualifies the user to receive up to 100 Vivid Bucks as a First Deposit Bonus. Eligible new users will receive up to the number of Vivid Bucks specified in the promotion as a First Deposit Bonus as they play through their first deposit. From time to time, Vivid Picks may increase the bonus amount for eligible new users, subject to the terms and conditions of a specific promotional offer.  Redeposit Bonus: Eligible existing users who make a cash redeposit during the promotion period will receive up to the number of Vivid Bucks specified in the promotion as a Redeposit Bonus as they play through their redeposit. The Redeposit Bonus will be credited as the user plays through the redeposit, not to exceed the maximum number of Vivid Bucks specified in the promotion. If a user makes more than one redeposit during the promotion period, the bonus amount will match the user’s first redeposit amount.

How the Match Works for Deposit Bonuses: Deposit Bonuses are capped at the number of Vivid Bucks specified in the applicable promotion. The ratio of Vivid-Bucks-to-dollars offered via any Deposit Bonus promotion will vary and will not always be one-to-one. The match ratio will be specified for each Deposit Bonus promotion and stated as a percentage. For example, a “100% Match” would dictate a one-Vivid-Buck-to-one-dollar match, whereas a “50% Match” would dictate a one-Vivid-Buck-to-two-dollar match. The deposit (or redeposit, as applicable), may be played through in a single contest or multiple contests.  Deposit amounts must be played through within 6 months from the date of deposit in order to qualify for a Deposit Bonus match (unless a different time period is specified in the applicable promotion). Vivid Bucks may be reclaimed if they go unused for a period of more than 30 days. Vivid Bucks are non-transferrable. 

For example:

• A promotion specifies a 100% Deposit Bonus of up to 500 Vivid Bucks, and a user makes a $250 deposit during the promotion period. If the user plays through $250 of their deposit in the 6 months from the date of deposit, 250 Vivid Bucks will be released into the user’s account as a Deposit Bonus, but if the user only plays through $75 of their $250 deposit in the 6 months from the date of deposit, only 75 Vivid Bucks will be released into the user’s account as a Deposit Bonus.
• A promotion specifies a 100% Deposit Bonus of up to 500 Vivid Bucks, and a user makes a $600 deposit during the promotion period. If the user plays through $600 of their deposit in the 6 months from the date of deposit, 500 Vivid Bucks will be released into the user’s account as a Deposit Bonus.
• A promotion specifies a 50% Deposit Bonus of up to 200 Vivid Bucks, and a user makes a $150 deposit during the promotion period. If the user plays through $150 of their deposit in the 6 months following the date of deposit, 75 Vivid Bucks will be released into the user’s account as a Deposit Bonus, but if the user only plays through $50 of their $150 deposit in the 6 months following the date of deposit, only 25 Vivid Bucks will be released into the user’s account as a Deposit Bonus.
• A promotion specifies a 50% Deposit Bonus of up to 300 Vivid Bucks, and a user makes a $500 deposit during the promotion period. If the user plays through $300 of their deposit in the 6 months following the date of deposit, 150 Vivid Bucks will be released into the user’s account as a Deposit Bonus. If the user then plays through the remaining $200 of their $500 deposit 7 months following the date of deposit, no additional Vivid Bucks will be released into the user’s account as a Deposit Bonus.
